Final with the second prize, U19 PVF has three more players who won the typical player's award include: Văn Xuân (typical right midfield); Liễu Quang Vinh (typical left back) and Phan Bá Hoàng (typical right back).

Promotion fund of Vietnamese football talents
2013 was the second year that the national U10 tournament has been organized. This year’s tourney gathers 16 teams from across the country. The PVF U10 was in the same Group B with HCMC Children’s House U10, Bến Tre U10 and Sầm Sơn - Thanh Hóa U10 teams.
The final of the 2013 National U15 Tournament ran from June 24 to July 2, 2013 at Thong Nhat Stadium. This year’s tourney attracted eight teams, divided into two groups. Group A includes representatives from PVF, Daklak, Viettel, An Giang, while Group B features Son Tay, Hanoi, HCMC and Dong Thap teams.
Undergoing a tough season with emotional matches during which they made utmost efforts to overcome themselves, the young PVF players brought home the championship title of the National U10 Viettel Cup, succeeding their predecessors and keeping up the glory for the Promotion Fund for Vietnamese Football Talent- PVF.
