Eric Abrams has a 26 years experience working in football education and development with more than 10 years as Belgium U15 and U17 National Team Head Coach. He made a great contribution to the youth careers of Belgian Elite football players such as: Vincent Kompany, Eden Hazard, Romelu Lukaku, Axel Witsel, Kevin De Bruyne and Thibaut Courtois. As a Coach Educator, he participated in designing and delivering the Belgian playing philosophy and the coaching methodology at all licenses’ levels. With his impressive background and experiences in Belgian youth football education and development, he led U15s Al Ahli to the Championship of King’s Cup Saudi Arabia (2013 - 2014).

More recently, Eric took over as the Technical Director of Football Federation Australia for 4 years and was nearly 2 years at the same position for the Myanmar Football Federation.
