Ngọc Tiến is a Cohort 3 student who was admitted into PVF in 2011. This player is quite versatile as he can play as a center back and a Centre Midfielder. He accomplishes his missions perfectly whatever role he takes thanks to his clever playing mindset.

The 16-year-old boy displays much greater composure and precocity compared to his peers. He has therefore won the trust from the PVF coaches as well as the Vietnam U16. At the club level, he and his PVF team were named the champion of the National U11 in 2011, runner-up of the National U15 in 2014 in 2015, runner-up of the National U17 in 2016 and especially the champion of the 2016 Vietnam National Football Second League.

At the national youth team level, Ngoc Tien combines seamlessly with Trong Long and Khac Khiem into an irreplaceable trio, who were integral to Runner-up title of the 2016 AFF U-16 Youth Championship, and a ticket, for the first time, to the quarterfinal of the AFC U16 Championship after 16 years.
