In 2010, Tiến Dũng joined the PVF recruitment in Thanh Hóa and was admitted into PVF.
Bùi Tiến Dụng is one of the three PVF U17 members of the team crowned champion of the National U17 tournament in 2015 who were called up for the Vietnam U19 prior to the AFF U-19 Youth Championship the same year.
He leaves strong impressions thanks to his good physique, robust physical strength and versatility. Apart from his profound professional knowledge, dangerous blocks, he is also active in attacking and making threatening long-range shots.
Tiến Dũng intimidates his heavy-built opponents with his bold performance. He not only makes precise tackles, but the rate of his successful passes is also staggeringly high.
Tiến Dụng is currently lent by PVF to Quảng Ninh Coal to play as a midfielder at the V-League.
